TSSPro

TSSPro 3.0

is a complete mass spectrometer data system, designed to replace out-of-date data systems. The system provides tuning, calibration, acquisition of data, and data reduction. Optional features include accurate mass determination, selected ion monitoring, target compound quantitation, library searching and linked scanning. It is mouse driven and operates in the multi-tasking environment of Microsoft Windows. Compatibility with most makes and models of mass spectrometers, including magnetic sectors and quadrupoles, and networks provides the opportunity to unify multiple instruments in a laboratory with one data system.

TSSPro 3.0 is available as an upgrade for TSS2000, the original data system for JEOL GCmate and LCmate. Improved reporting features and an updated user interface brings new life to a remarkable mass spectrometer.

iMS

is an on-line mass spec data processing package. Shrader(.lrp) files can be read directly or an ActiveX can be loaded to read many different formats. iMS is browser based and operating systems independent. Share data with someone across the country or review data while away from the laboratory.
